BoroZoro provides a platform that connects Users with a network of immigration consultants and recruiters.

BoroZoro is not a recruitment agency or a recruiter. We do not engage in candidate sourcing, selection, or placement. Instead, we provide advertising services. We connect you with the relevant professionals.

5. User Responsibilities
As a User, you are responsible for:
• Clearly defining your talent needs and requirements.
• Engaging with immigration consultants and recruiters introduced by the Services.
• Screening and selecting candidates.
• Complying with all applicable immigration laws and regulations.

6. Compliance and Legal Matters
It is your responsibility to ensure that all hiring practices and immigration-related activities are in strict compliance with local and international laws and regulations. We do not assume legal liability for any non-compliance issues.

7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the use of our services at any time, subject to any prior contractual agreements.
